We want you to be happy. If you don't love your Alexis Paige jewelry purchase, your items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Items showing wear will be returned to you. Please contact us quickly to obtain an authorized return number. If shipping fees are paid on your intital purchase that amount is non-refundable. 
Do Store Credits Expire? 
Store credits don't have an expiration date; however, it is recommended to use them within one year of issuance.
