In-stock items will be shipped in 3-10 business days. We try to get it out asap but there are delays and circumstances that are out of our control time-to-time. 

Customized items that are MADE-TO-ORDER usually take about 4-8 weeks to produce.

Personalized or custom items being given as a gift, please allowing extra time for shipping. Could be over 8 weeks but we will ship it sooner when the item is recieved.
